Greta has an extensive background in media advertising and marketing – newspaper, radio, television, cable and online.
One of the first in Albuquerque to offer Social Media Marketing to her clients, she’s worked with companies like Cliff’s Amusement Park, New Mexico Health Connections, a QVC jewelry company based locally, Ronald McDonald House Charities, and Bernalillo County.
She’s given seminars at the National Association of Government Communicators, the New Mexico chapter of the American Marketing Association, and the New Mexico Broadcasters Association, and has been a panelist for the New Mexico Advertising Federation and New Mexico chapter of Public Relations Society of America.
As a writer Greta has been creating marketing pieces since graduating from the University of Missouri with a Bachelors in Journalism. This includes, radio copywriting, television scripts, pamphlets, brochures, postcards, newsletters, email blasts and articles. She has been blogging for herself since 2007 and for her customers since 2009.
She has written content on subjects like social injustice, animals, photography, charities, technology, dentistry, demographics, content management and general marketing.
Admittedly, Greta is addicted to Facebook, but other interests include being an animal advocate, and she has only rescued pets in her home. She calls her three dogs “Da Babeez” (dogs pictured here)and they are a great source of joy. She is equally a dog and cat lover. She also runs the Albuquerque Corgi Meet Up – a two times a month meet up for corgis, corgi crosses, their humans and non-corgi fur friends.
Shiny baubles catch her eye, usually in the form of jewelry. She’s been known to find great deals and resell the jewelry to her friends online. They love her style and her prices.
And she has a love of travel from a three-hour road trip to flying around the world to exotic locales.
